It is hectic. Never took up the offer and never booked them again.

I've been offered bareback twice since I started punting, and accepted once (well, one of the two offers, it was a lot more than one time). Before we did anything we both exchanged less-than-2-weeks-old blood tests. This is a great deal less risky than picking up some random lady in a bar and taking her home.

Many of the people here have no problems with that - its perfectly acceptable to have bareback with someone who isn't a "working girl" even though, in reality, the higher class working girls are actually far more concerned with their sexual health than the barhopping slut. So its not the concept of bareback that gets people in a tizz, its the fact that they perceive working girls as inherently more risky for bareback, a view I do not share. I think some are and some aren't and I like to consider myself smart enough to be able to tell the one from the other.

It's been two years since I last had bareback sex and I had my standard STD test 3 weeks ago and I have a perfectly clean bill of health, not even herpes which 80% of the population has. So although technically I suppose it was risky, just about every single thing with sex is risky, even sex with your wife who you think is monogamous but who in reality may be just as monogamous as you aren't.

So my suggestion is for folks to put away their fake ire, stop posturing and trying to brown-nose who knows who, and be as safe as you possibly can. I am not suggesting you bareback every opportunity, that would be insane, but to act as if bareback should never, under any circumstances, be an option is just as ludicrous.

I learned about PREP about 2 years ago when the TS site I use when I visit London started showing a lot of advertisers offering bareback because they were "on PREP". If an SP offered I would feel so uncomfortable around her that would be end of the booking and end of my visits. One cant even trust the GF/wife but in that scenario you trust they play clean too to not come bang you up with STIs.

No. There are ways you can mitigate those risks.

Bareback is bloody nuts. Way too risky.

People that do bareback or offer bareback should be reported publicly. Then all the dudes that want it can go and all the guys that dont can stay away.
