Is it safe to say that Pretoria ladies are over R1000 per hour?

I dont often punt there, and would be keen when visiting. 2 enquiries, and none less than those amounts, hence this question.

Pretoria East: R 1300- 2000 ph

Just remember these prices are relative to quality of ladies as well as service, generally. It obviously depends on the individual.

As @Sabrina said, the area, venue etc might make a difference in the rates. However, it does not necessarily mean that the quality of the service from a lady in a less upmarket area with lower rates will be poorer than the service you will get from a lady in an upmarket area with Rates between R1000 and R2000 per hour.
My rates are rather average and I think that my reviews speak for themselves regarding the service you will receive. And that is true for quite a few ladies i know of that is working this side of Pretoria.
So in general the quality of the service does not depend on area,venue, rates etc...
So look at reviews, ask other punters and take the leap. That is the only way you will know.

Ladies working private, their price are normal about 1/3 cheaper than the ladies working from a venue. Visiting venue ladies have its advantages, due to the venue need to protect its reputation.

There are excellent ladies in Pta for less than R1000. But normal thay don't have high Top Ten Ratings.

Every body starts at the bottom, and with hard work building a name and reputation.

Vicky tries to advertise herself on any thread she can.

A bad product needs a lot of advertisement. Ask yourself, do you think verimark would need such heavy advertisement if they had good products?

You get what you pay for. PNP or Woolies?

If I could add my 2 cent I have paid the R1300 to R2000 and I have paid R500 to R1000, most of the time R500 to R1000 is better punts than the R1300 to R2000

It feels like the ladys that charges the premium rates do you a favor to be in her presence.
