Her seat afforded the a view of the entrance, on a verandah looking on the parking lot too...as well as the majestic Indian Ocean.

For whatever reason he turned in his chair and looked backward...and...spotted her.

She looked straight back at him. He flinched in recognition.

The most amazing thing happened.

From a sullen bored disinterested party of 4, member...he became enigmatic and loud and full of laughs...never glancing back at her again.

He even leaned into his partner while chatting, pulling her chair closer to him.

All of a sudden the party of 4 seemed to be having a awesome lunching out.


She smiled to herself.
