Gents, I need to ask and would appreciate your input...

Would you book this kind of session?

We have several rooms that don't have a shower or any water facilities connected. We are thinking of putting wall to wall mirrors in, some club lighting and a comfortable chair, shaggy carpet and pole.

You'd select a lady, who would come to the room, do a sexy strip for you, tease and then end with hand relief.

This whole dance/quickie would take about 15 minutes, probably priced at R300.

To clean up, there would be sanitiser, wet wipes, small towel etc in the room. Then the gent can wash his hands in the small bathroom before he heads out.

Due to parking issues, clients coming for the dance/quick session would have to park outside the venue (safety of the car is guaranteed though). Would street parking in a quiet residential neighbourhood impact your decisions on visiting a venue that offers a dance room session?

Your feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Only girls that can do a genuine sexy and enticing dance would do the session.

We were thinking of having private security car guard discreetly keeping an eye (that the venue would pay, not a R2 grab your trolley kind of guy lol). Discreet enough that they won't bother you but not so discreet that any chancers/undesirables might get ideas.

We have 3 empty rooms that could be converted into dance rooms if there is enough interest :)

Yep Sounds good to me apart from the 15mins though, that's really quick for us old toppies, the old engines take a bit longer to get to operating temp

Like the old Lister engines, took a while to getting going, but once it did, it just kept on going.

So might start with the "tease routine" and the uograde from there to a "please routine".
