For me its been different. I am punting a lot less due to the industry, experience and service overall not being great. As a result I have more cash and don't feel the price increases as much.
I very seldom take a chance on someone new because history has taught me chances are I will be disappointed.

2. Complexes are fine and beneficial in that you can explain why you're visiting anyone there, friends, family, clients.

3. People really shouldn't be going through more than one or two towels really. I think it's quite inconsiderate. I personally try to use the same towel I shower with at the beginning of the session again after because I'm mindful of how many towels the wgcneeds for each client each day and the bother to laundry all of them etc.

4. I think that's perfect. Never actually come across another wg that asked me what condoms I want yet really. I usually use whatever is there or carry my own Real Feel or Skyns if I think I need them. Tip, buying condoms in bulk is astronomically cheaper. I never get why I see wgs buying 3 packs from Clicks etc when they have expiry dates years ahead. I order bulk from Take A Lot at a third the going rate each. What should be getting cases of it.

5. Travel a bit further? Not sure about that. Maybe you just need to find somewhere convenient for the bulk of your customers. I don't real travel for bookings it at to be at my convenience and shortest possible travel time although others are willing to travel. I've won free punts that I didn't take up because of travel time and rather paid for closer more convenient punts.

6. Bottled water is hardly a selling point honestly. You can well offer a glass of water. I'm in the habit of hydrating before a session and carry water with me in the car so it's available when I'm done. Not sometimes to look forward to as a highlight of a booking.

7. Yeah, you can go cheaper. Most of the time guys are just washing up to clear the evidence and kills any germs, not full on pamper grooming. I still come back home and shower again to my preference. The shower there is just so the wife/gf etc doesn't suspect if I get home and they suddenly wanna go down on me or smell your perfume on me or my shirt gets messed with the oil from the massage.

8. I don't know if asking guys to fund travel is gonna work. Too risky. Rather try and get interest, then get maybe 5 guys to confirm booking and pay 50% refundable deposit if you don't go and work from there.

As far as the other stuff goes. I think we all know the answer is not something any wg wants to hear so I'm not taking flack for stating the obvious.

What I will say is times are getting tough for everyone, wgs and punters. As such we all need to do so much more usually at so much less per unit of whatever we're doing just to try and do the same things we've always been doing. Just looking at the prices of 2 things a bought recently, one is up 100% and the other 35% and it's basics that I'll always need but my salary has gone up MINUS 35% in the last 3 years so I gotta do way more other stuff just to stay on the same level of lifestyle. It isn't fair but it is what it is and where we're at and we gotta do what we gotta do and can to make it happen.

Get retainers on the go.
Running specials also works but its not sustainable.

Its like some venues kept their prices constant over the years. They are 650 as an example. Their clientelle has never dipped after covid.

Over 900 does become a luxury. ( you get what you pay for ). Lots of options. Guys dont like signing in so that does become a privacy issue.

But for my 2c worth,

affordable SPs will still get business and SPs with supreme rates will hva dip in business.

Punters will resort to spending more wisely...

My solution is simple, I wana stick to my x4 punts a month, so x4 R1500 a month will become x4 R900 punts a month...or worse, x1 R1500 a month

But I think the interest rate nd dip in bookings will lead to greater quality service from SPs

The money is in returning clients.

I have to look into the complex thing, just worried about traffic. The condoms on take alot I'm definitely going to be doing asap. I need to find products that I will find suitable to use, just cheaper... so maybe take alot will be good for that too.
