@Lisa and a general comment for ladies needing health care in GP. Consider using Steve Biko (formerly Pretoria Academic Hospital) in Pretoria. You'll probably get better treatment than in a private institution, service will suck (bossy nurses) and will most likely be free or a low government rate. I don't think they'll do specialized dentistry though, but basic is covered.
