Sp not refunding me

Hi All
I booked a traveling service provider Angie while in Pe paid her via eft as I don't carry large sums of cash. booking was cancelled due to past history between us she did say she would refund me but am still awaiting the refund.
Tried contacting her and my numbers are all blocked.
Need some advice on the matter

Sorry about that Walker,there is little that can be done about that except to report to ESA and submit proof of everything,hopefully they will ban her.Paying a service provider upfront is risky and always not advisable,because once they have your money in their possession,they not longer have motivation to come.It does not matter whether you have known each for how long.Money causes conflicts.

I agree gents have taken as lesson learned will report it to Esa.
Guess service providers are not to be trusted at all.

Only one currently on ESA located in PE. Supposed act does not seem to match reputation of said SP though.
