Think about this for a moment, who knows how unstable this fella could be, keeping his money could wind him up badly enough to make the SP his hobby for who knows how long, is it worth the potential trouble and having to sleep with one eye open ?

Mmmmmmmm....I am not siding against the SP....but I think it ain't as simple as "paying for one's time".
This opens up a can of worms and the go ahead for abusers, scammers and con artists.

I agree with the way you put it, BUT we are all presuming he ain't such a fucknut and feels simply aggrieved and is looking for solace or advise or just wants to share his experience .
The point here is...what is fair in a case such as this that both parties can walk away and feel they haven't been cheated.
