Good point RB. At the end of the day, our interactions should be based on mutual respect. It isn't just 'time' we are paying for. There are expectations and boundaries. Those are usually pretty clear upfront, I if not, it is up to the punter to establish these. I never turn up expecting something I am not going to get because I ask questions in advance.
Mmmmmmmm....I am not siding against the SP....but I think it ain't as simple as "paying for one's time".
This opens up a can of worms and the go ahead for abusers, scammers and con artists.

I have kept all messages between us from 27th October I never delete my conversations.
I did contact you from a new number.
I did walk through your unlocked door only to see the shock on your face and immediately left and i said on my way out refund was
in order to which you agreed to do by 10am the next day.
You did state a refund was in order which was not forthcoming thus the post on the forum.
I'm sure we could of reached a settlement had you not blocked me and not had such a shit attitude.
I'm a reasonable person and am willing to take a reduction in the refund.
Hope you see this post and do the right thing.
Pay the school fees, or pay back the money.
