The amounts of deception Mr Walker went through to secure a booking is the deal breaker for me.
Somewhere along the way he should realize that this lady really doesn't want to see him, and deceiving her to see him will not go down well.

The main point I'd like you to consider here, is this?

What are you, when you attempt to forcibly get into someone's bed, whom has expressed clear disinterest in so much as seeing you? I think what most punters dont consider is how traumatic shit like this can be. One does not need to have "ROAR" in their profiles for this to be true - and this goes to show how some people just do not understand the concept of CONSENT.

I for one have everything written out in a detailed terms of service & etiquette page. I also want to add that nobody made the punter pay the full amount upfront. He could have sent half as a deposit, and the other half on arrival - if he were genuine. Those are my policies at least, so nobody (even in the case of cancellation) can say i walked away with the full booking fee.

Now of course, the above would not have happened in this case as he was likely hoping that, in having the full fee, she would be 'forced' to accomodate him. And that speaks volumes in itself.

Again, my question to you is WHAT would you consider a man, who INSISTS on seeing a woman that has made it abundantly clear that she is not interested in seeing him?? Shit's predatory, and scary, and surely doesnt warrant the nerve it takes to come onto a public Platform, playing victim and seeking sympathy.

Nah he doesn't deserve any refund. He deceived the lady into a booking. She wouldn't have agreed had she known it was him. She potentially lost out on a booking with another honest punter. Is she were able to go to a small claims court she could more than likely win. Also its punters with this type of behaviour that ruin it for the rest of us decent punters so sorry bout you have no sympathy from me.

Angie I hope you have learned to never leave the door open for a first time client. If you did agree to a refund then you should honour your word as this now puts your integrity into question.
