I myself will ignore numbers from certain country's such India,Pakistan,Bangladesh Nigeria, America (America Soley because I don't like obnoxious people) and some more.

Though numbers from the UK Australia, Germany, Austria, Denmark and some more are normally numbers which I answer as I have had some awesome session from these countries.

And 90% of the "Foreign numbers" that have contacted me, have all become clients (online content mostly) and have paid up before receiving anything from me....
