It can yes and commonly does. Though it can be very bad dental hygiene or as stated poor signs of health.
I don't have rotting smoker teeth but I sure do love coffee and it has stained my teeth over the years. If the offer presented itself, I would take it.

Remember over doing the dental routine is just as bad. Maybe her problems stems from brushing and flossing after every dick she sucks. Now ladies it very unlike that you will have meat stuck between your teeth after dining on his manhood, hence nonneed to floss.
But on a serious note, flossing and brushing causes damage to your gums (and if done to hard, the enamel of your teeth). Hence you need a refractory period afterwards. No sorry thats what men needs. Damn, I'm getting my physiology mixed up. But anyway, your gums need to heel between brushing.
That thing about gums, enamel and heeling....and brushing the teeth too rigorously.
