But when for 1 moment I turned the focus away from that friend to do me... I can only speak for one of my regulars. I was her regular for five years and then last year suddenly got a message saying that she is leaving the industry.

I still have her private number and regularly see her status updates.

She met this most amazing guy who absolutely dotes over her and her kid.

As I type this I had just seen her latest status update announcing their wedding date.

I am genuinely happy for her as she is a fantastic person and to be honest, the type of woman anyone would want as a wife.

I think its extremely hard to pivot in general but it is possible.

Something the ladies should consider when they decide to leave the industry specifically for employment purposes ,is to have low expectations salary wise.

I know its a hard thing to do but if you are lucky enough to get an appointment letter but the salary is way below what you currently make here in the industry just stick it out and get the experience.

You see the longer you are in this industry the more you become unemployable since you are out of the job market and the only jobs you will likely get are the entry level ones and it doesn't matter if you furthered your studies you will still earn an entry level salary regardless

I know most of you can make 10k a week easily and would be disgusted at the thought of having to make 7k per month but that is the unfortunate reality and the choices are entirely up to you.
