I recently quit smoking, and felt the same way about that cigarette I didn't have today.
I told myself to hold out and do something more productive.
An upside to us both, you saved money and so did I :)

U recently watched a sitcom - Becker, about a grumoy guy who was trying to quit smoking... I hope its turning out better for you than it did for him :)
