On the off-chance they are seeing this, could the search include type of premises.
Somehow "private" could be just about anything.
It's not much use knowing a lady has 150 points in ratings. They don't tell me whether it was 30 5-star ratings or 150 1-star ratings.

Limit the number of times WG can advertise in a day.

I think what he means is something along the lines of 1-2-maybe 3 times an hour kind of thing. Nothing more annoying than going through the advertising page I seeing 15 posts from the same person for exactly the same thing they posted 5min ago.
Just my 2cents worth.
And on a side note have content advertising on its own page.
