Female condoms don't prevent STI's Neither does birth control. Also remember you can do a blood test you need to remember that HIV has a window period.

Herpes Syphilis and Genital Worts can be contract through skin to skin contact. I'm surprised as a service provider you do not know this.
Furthermore 95% safe is no guarantee that you will not contract anything.
