I normally ask the lady if she is going to be fine if I bring my own preferred condoms with, I then take a sealed 3 pack with which she are more than welcome to inspect. If any of the condoms are not used she keeps and can then use it as she wants.

It's most definitely the Sp's responsibility to supply her own of everything. Condoms, wipes, lube.
On the odd occasion a punter will bring his own Condoms.
I don't mind that at all.
Asking a punter to bring is really unprofessional. I make sure I have more than enough.
