Some women on the OP list just do not age...they just matured
and got so much sexier and appealing over the years.
They honed their skills and cultivated a standard and culture of being attentive and focused on providing highly sought after services that never bore their clients.
They have successfully built a pool of semi regular and regular clients and stay enticing enough to keep them coming back and are very successful in attracting new business.
Newbies need to pay attention to some of these ladies, these ladies have all mastered the 3M's that makes good entrepreneurs and business owners.(the specifics might be a bit different in diffrent businesses but the 3M's is what makes or breaks any business especially service orientated businesses)
A) Marketing
getting yourself noticed, good interactions and good advertising. Find your market and niche and build on it.
B)Money
treating money with respect financial planning
plow some back into your "business" by investing in toys a good place to work from, ect)
Maintance
Maintaining yourself, take care of your health,eat well, do your hair nails feet etc
Maintaining your environment, keep it clean and neat that will improve your own mental health and be appealing to clients
Maintaing the standard of your services, do not work if you aint gonna put 100% into it, if you having a 40% day rather skip the day and work double time tomorrow when you energy levels are back to 100%)

Good morning I can vouch he is a real punter for sure. I think him an Miss Sylvia has a love hate relationship. It might look like he is provoking her but I actually think the two of them understand each other more than we read into.
