Actually there are many. Have read about a famous model that are without a naval.
Babies who have an omphalocele are born without a belly button. The intestines or other abdominal organs protrude through a hole in the middle of the baby's abdomen, right where the belly button would be.

I just thought with all the airbrushing going on to remove blemishes and hide fat that some navels were smoothed out too, lol.

Still don't get it unless you are referring to two persons from the bible who were supposedly the first two people on earth and theoretically weren't "born" but then I wouldn't get it being an athiest myself
