What ever you do don't pay upfront .I paid a retainer and she refused to see me always an excuse ! waiting for a refund but won't hold my breath ! Asked again last week and didn't get an answer.

Been burnt with retainers before

Just recently...even though I was previously burnt, Over the Festive Season was sold a retainer and thought I would help the Service Provider being the time of the year business being slow and January being a longer month it would be a good win as I would have guaranteed bookings for the new year....this never happened

Service Provider just makes excuses and never commits to appointments ...then there is the time limit where the retainer only lasts for a certain period...so once again..money lost and trust in the retainer concept also lost

Once SP gets money upfront,nothing motivate them anymore as they would have probably spent all the money by the time you wanna see her,she is gonna almost feel like she providing service for free..excuses and more excuses..if they see you not effort put in the service..It never ends well..Stick to cash on delivery.

Pity you guys had such bad experiences.

I have a gentleman who couldn't book his last session to his retainer die to my relocation from Fourways his retainer expire but I messaged him to tell him that his retainer is still valid because my relocation has nothing to do with his retainer and he will be the first to know when I am in Fourways again. Needless to say the man was Greatful to hear from me.
