Been there a few times in the last couple weeks to see different ladies and not just Asian but some local hunnies too.
No issues. Didn't even think about it until I saw this thread pop up again now.

Guarantee you they're taking pictures of you and your licence plates.

So what happens if they take pictures of your number plates really? There like a few hundred units there, most of which are not even wgs but regular people just staying or on business. All those peoples plates and their guests will have pictures too which makes yours mean nothing.
You could be seeing anyone for anything or even staying there yourself. A lot safer than visiting an actual "massage" venue or brothel or even a standard alone house with only one known wg there which makes it a lot easier to infer your purpose of being at said place I'd say.
