Brand new rica sim .contacted only 2 wgs this morning and get a scam call for payng with fake money .

It's all old recycled numbers... Oh and I heard that whom ever you are buying rica'd numbers from are also selling those numbers to scammers... So just beware "where" you buying the sims cards from....

Doubt this. The number is only allocated when you activate the card. So this would only be true if the card already has a number when you bought it.

From experimence in the network space. Number are usually only reallocated after a year of being inactive. It can be done from 3 months but that rarely happens as there's more than enough numbers to allocate. This allows people to "get their number back" after cancelling. Chances of you getting another punters numbers are slim and probably less likely than getting a wgs old number which ironically I've seen happen once when some new female customer complained people are calling and asking for sexual services so they had to change the number, lol

I agree with MajorJohn that the number only allocatet when the sim is inserted into a phone, I also agree that there might be a small group of "vendors" that will sell sim cards that has been already been inserted in to a phone and has the number already allocated, but then the seal of the package would be broken and I from where I buy my sims I have never gotten a sim that was not sealed in the original pacage.
