I agree with Gtreddy , i had a awful experience as well. I felt very unwelcomed . Few ladies there , feel they are doing us a favor by attending to us. A venue can be the best in looks but if you don't have the right staff it means nothing.

With the above attitude i wonder how long they will last.
Its like walking into a store with shitty staff or booking into a hotel with bad service , does one go back to support them ?
Harem please note customer service goes a long way. As people say , the customer is always right . Take note of that , the next time you reply to a complain.
