That's exactly the point. House prices and short term rentals are driven up by international tourists and foreign buyers who relocate to Cape Town hence driving up prices for everything hence tourists market prices

A couple of observations from my side: Sandton and Randburg individually have more SPs than the whole of Cape Town combined. That said, Cape Town does have gems, but trend is somewhat higher prices (costs of living and other costs as stated in this and other threads may be higher), but you can still get decent punts starting from R600-800.
Having a higher rate you see fewer gents which is actually better for punters and the wg.
I think it's unfair for gents to get unset with what her rates are, it's her body, mind and soul.
