This is so true I wonder how many people are unaware that if they don't vote their votes automatically goes to the ruling party and these people who do note vote sadly are they ones complaining when they have no right to complain since they didn't give a damn about voting. Don't vote then stop crying about how shitty the country is or how fucked up the government is. Because of people who don't vote ANC is still in power and they were so surprised with the last Election saying it was rigged when in fact you as a citizen who did not vote indirectly voted ANC.

They think they so clever but they haven't got a clue. So if you get fucked by the country remember that you fucked the country first...

One of the big problems is a lack of decent alternatives.

I have told ppl vote for whoever you like but vote you must vote. it's your right to choice who u like and not be influenced by anyone so I decided that the xxx will be my next experiment on weather to see if they can deliver or not we tried one party for way to long now.

Exactly, every vote not cast for someone is a vote less to change and a vote more to the ruling party.

It's like saying I never win the lotto or anything but you never get a ticket. If course you'll never win with a zero percent chance of winning but if you try by getting a ticket, then at least you have a chance. And more so, at least you tried instead of just complaining.

My mom and I will be walking up two blocks as always to go to the Primary School halls to cast our votes.

If you can't sacrifice a few hours on a public holiday created for this very reason (mind you) to vote.

You LOST your RIGHTS & the right to: complain about anything related to:
economy, politics, tax & interest, cost of goods & law.

You can't even sigh when you pick up that same bread on the supermarket shelf tomorrow that's now increased in price. Because you did nothing about it.

To the people saying a no vote goes to the anc please read up that is not how our democracy and constitution works not voting does not mean the ruling party gets that vote the lack of education is why we are in the shit we are in
