I think the saying is: what goes up must come down.
But you are right, that is exactly what's happening. What went up is coming down.
Punters and wgs will just have to adapt.

Change area.
Get a more upmarket client.
Many clients still happy to play and pay with tip.
There will be punters that will have to go for cheaper punts and look in further areas for that.
And there are those punters that are happy to punt at your normal rate.

Erectile disfunction is a serious issue (more so amongst keyboard warriors it seems) I read somewhere that regular visits to the gp and not being a doos has proven very effective in past research. You should try it sometime.
