This is taking food of someone's table. Scum of the earth are better than that.
Its an old scamming trick of Facebook scammers, where "PoP" have been "presented" but payment never done and want to take delivery of the item they "bought".
People have lost thousands through this scamming technique.
Another trick they use is to present a "PoP", with a higher value, with the excuse they accidently made a mistake, and asked for a refund for the overpaid amount.
Never trust an EFT payment till it reflects in your account.
