I disagree completely. Every time I have seen a WG accused of anything, when reported on the forum Jemma / Eddie / support staff have *always* said "we will look into this", and they do. I have never, not once, seen a WG banned instantly, or treated with anything other than the respect deserved for a paying customer. I don't read every single forum post so I may have missed something but I think you are 100% dead wrong on this. Sorry man.

I haven't said a single word about what ESA Support does... I am a big fan of how they get stuck in when trying to resolve an issue.
My point was regarding the punters.. and the very rapid defense of a guy who was accused of stealing from a WG. She was never even afforded the benefit of a doubt, it was automatically assumed she lost the ring herself and was very bad for reporting for it and reporting the punters number.

Was she in the wrong, to a certain degree yes... the public number was a step to far, especially as she brainfarted and got the number wrong. But look at the thread, from the punters point of view it was her fault straight away, no if's, and's, or buts...

Simply put this is just my opinion, I have no horse in the race and this does not effect me and my regulars in the slightest but it is a trend I have noticed and such raised it up for discussion.

I too am very outspoken, blunt and as unambiguous in my communication as possible. I take full responsibility for my reaction to other peoples' communication, I expect them to do the same. I am not going to waste my time and effort doing the impossible, which is worrying about every possible recipient's reaction to my words. People need to get better at managing their own headspace and not foisting that responsibility off on others.
