I reckon it's a deliberate ploy to keep the masses stupid so they won't rise up against their rulers. Also easier to distract then and fool them with useless gifts (social grants). Bring on the lions.

Im confused again. Wasnt Angie what what the minister of education. The 30 percent pass rate and all that. Why blame Siviwe for the bad education on the past if she was just elected now

For those who dont know why the pasratw was made 30%

When it was the normal pass rare the schools got overcrowded cause only a few passed in every grade. With that said kids were staying longer in one grade so new kids couldnt start there schooling. Dropping the pass rate, the kids became an essembly line. And they are the product. Come in and go out for the next to follow and so forth. Im so glad i dont have kids.

Ive got a feeling we arw going to see plenty worthless posts from this punter in the future. Even ask for hour punts for 400. Eish batong!!
