Unfortunately not an economic indicator. Even in countries where there are starvation the elite are sitting and drinking French champagne and eating caviar.

My son is a student at Tuks and works as a barman at a prominent club in PTA. For certain prominent elite dropping R200k on bar tab is no problem. Then they give him a R50 cash tip

The elite is pathetic im telling you. I cant see how they only tip him r50.
The poor guy probably ran his legs off to serve them. And the place was obviously busy. So he couldnt get to them fast enough. And thats why. Getting drunk people do fucked up shit.
And i bet you they argued about the bar tab aswell. Wouldnt surprise me.
