@savanna, yes VAT is included in the price you pay and then VAT is paid over to the government. Also, castledoom is correct, the biggest issue for you would be Income tax.

To those that are of the opinion that only after this industry is legalised that tax will be payable, that is incorrect. Sars is not interested in legality of the source of your income, tax is payable regardless.

I only registered a business to clear where my money comes from since as an escort we don't get payslips it is very hard to apply for anything or build a good credit record so once you state you self employed and have a pty registered company go to sars and get an IRP 5 tax assessment makes application's for home loans or credit card or even clothing accounts much more simple
