Personally...I feel making a call and making an appointment is a verbal contract... the punter should arrive on time, be a gentleman, the lady should provide the service as advertised and payment made..

This includes arriving at a punt and finding out the lady doesnt look exactly like advertised... and he wants to leave.. he shoul pay some sort of fee.. not the full amount.. due to false advertising..
However there are extreme examples where hygiene is an issue or safety and the punter wants to leave.. he should be able to leave without recourse..
