I'm struggling to get a flat because they are all taken 15minutes after being advertised. 2 weeks later the flat is still available. 2 of my friends called, the flat is unavailable then 30 minutes later we ask a white guy to call, hes told the flat has been empty all of Jan so he can move in over the weekend if everything checks out.

Cape Town is visibly and surprisingly clean, the parks are well maintained, the public transport system is oiled, the police works to such an extent even that taxi's drive normal, the roads are good and well maintained, the levies are lower than in Gauteng, the municipality actually answers the phone and helps, they even react on emails, the CBD is safe to walk in plus plus pls, Cape Town feels and runs like a European city and is a pleasure to live in and go to, proven by the mass exodus over December.

All this is due to a single fact, and that is that the DA swings the scepter there - they do an absolute sterling job, to such an extent even that this will be THE example for the rest of the country, they have already proven they CAN turn things around!

But no, because Naledi cannot find a flat there it is a bunch of racists, therefore the ANC is better!
