There are exceptions once in awhile where I will say yes to a regular client when he calls on short notice even if i aint ready ..purely because I know he dont care about a warm room or prefer me without make up anyway etc

Not true in my opinion. I'm not busy during and just after paydays, and my assumption is that everyone's getting their bills paid and sorting out other important stuff before figuring out the punting budget.

I struggle with short notice appointment requests like that, as I have other things that I spend my time on other than just waiting for a call.

Hear hear! So frustrating receiving a "available right now" text when I've got a room to clean, toys to sanitise, linen to change, marketing to roll out etc

I'd imagine a punter asking a wg if she's "available right now" when she hasn't set that status and outside her given working hours is probably as frustrating as it is for a punter calling a wg that sets "available right now" but isn't available right now.

Does anyone else here avoid month end punting?
My understanding has always been that the first five and the last five days of a month are the busiest for Wgs.I hate going when I'm the fifth guy for the day and she's sore or if they're rushing through the session cos they have another five bookings for the day.
