Your problem is all in the mind and not a physical problem, having one or even both of your testicles removed will have no influence on your performance. The testicles only provide for fertility which has absolute no influence on how you perform in bed.
A vasectomy has a similar effect and guys that have had a vasectomy still perform at the same level, some even better as there is no fear that burst condom can lead to unwanted fatherhood.
Get over the problem and enjoy life, Testicular cancer has a 99% cure rate, and even though you will still go for tests, every year or two to ensure it has not returned, it is something you get used to and accept as part of your life.
@yewrev, there's a big difference between a vasectomy and having one's testicles removed. The testes produce testosterone, as the word testicles suggests. Testosterone is necessary to produce a hardon, as far as I know. Which is why harem attendants were castrated. Ask any eunuch. I would imagine with one testicle, there'd still be testosterone production, albeit at a lower rate. Hormone replacement therapy may be necessary in this case, but then again, maybe not. With a vasectomy the spermcells basically get the about turn order when they encounter the blocked off vesicles and get reabsorbed by the body. And as far as the prostate is concerned, it's removal (usually due to cancer), doesn't affect testosterone levels, but results in shooting dry blanks, because without a prostate semen fluid (spunk, cum, whatever you care to call it) cannot be produced.
