Any bank does it as long as you have an account with them. The key is to say that you got it as a gift / tip. I always just say I work in a restaurant sometimes and got it as a tip from a patron. Works every time at both fnb and absa never had an issue

Realistically how much do you want for the USD? Remembering banks give you a very bad rate and then take a percentage on top of that.
