The advertising platforms are jointly liable for their part in this. The moment a photoshoot was booked, the sites should have asked for proof of identification to ensure that advertisers are of legal age. The mother is an ex advertiser on ESA, one would think that a WG wouldn't want the same lifestyle for her kids but she was actively encouraging it. May they both rot in jail and if there's any justice, the owners of the red and blue sites as well.

The owners and agents of those sites that allowed those adds should be held criminally liable in a court of law and should all if found guilty serve prison time.

Do scammers not also deserve to be found guilty and held liable?
Abetting extortion?
Crime is crime and the ripple affects are devastating.

I am surprised
Because ones ID needs to be shown when photos taken on one of the sites.
Even if one looks NOTHING like a minor...maybe to check one is not an illegal too?....considering trafficking.
Must be a scam, a misrepresentation and then when in discussion who knows what gets offered and said.
ESA photographers are not innocent as well. Last year there was a wave of ladies on this site who were clearly under 21 the youngest at the time was 17, her ad is still active btw . The silver lining i guess is that they weren't being trafficked or pimped out they did all by themselves but it still doesn't make it right
