To start with go see your doc to rule out any medical causes that might be concerning.
After you got the all clear there... start by self release before an appointment.. that will take the edge of the "excitement" and find someone that will help you retrain your brain and ultimately your orgasms to respond different visual and physical sexual stimulation.
There are psychological approaches and medical (i.e. medication) approaches. A lot of the treatment approach is dictated by the root cause and you would need to see a doctor that specialises in treatment of the disorder. Generally, premature ejaculation can be primary or secondary, i.e. lifelong (you've always had it) or it has developed at some point after "normal" sexual functioning.
That being said, a wonder drug for premature ejaculation that can be used in combination with other treatments is Paxil/Paroxetine. It belongs to the SSRI class of drugs and is used off-label for the treatment of premature ejaculation as there is an evidence base around it effectiveness. Like with any drug, there are side effects and they would have to be monitored. For some people, the application of a numbing cream is prescribed, typically used with a condom as you don't want your partner to become numb.
