To all...
Be very very careful what u say next.
This is entrapment.
And to Benjamin's my advise would be...
Make note of this thread and the devil at large.
Make sure your slate is clean and your house in order
The ages mentioned "18 - 21"
My question not answered. Does that make it cringe worthy for you.
And here is the law.
Quoted.
"16 years.
Under South African law, any person under the age of 16 may not consent to any sexual activity, because they are legally minors. Even if the minor has voluntarily agreed to take part in a sexual activity, it is still unlawful and the adult will face statutory rape charges."

Why have you not quoted the Sexual Offences Act, 1957 and Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 ? For sex work, the age is 18.
You seem to be the local arbitrator here at ESA or something? Do you appoint that role to yourself? Do you go around spamming everyone's posts?

Then why pretend to know as little as u do?
As to arbitrator...I like that role....invited or not.
Again.
When did u start punting?
And engaging in ALL the threads that hold value or are worthy of debating will ALWAYS catch my attention.
Ps the anomaly in law...recognition of "sex work" yet illegal.
And if 18 be the age mentioned in the amended act...then explain your concern since YOU made mention of ages 18 -21.
Do you get my drift now?
