Why are punters scared to come across another punter in a guest house? Used to be nervous when I first started. Now I look them straight in the eye and politely greet. We there for the same thing after all.
Same goes for any staff etc - look them straight in the eye and greet. Of course it helps that I'm single

Ive heard stories over the years of guys seeing their brothers in laws, a case of father running into his son who then became punting buddies.
