FYI, the white discharge is a natural occurance for all women but if the natural bacteria in a girls vagina isnt balanced or the girl isn't well in some way, it will become excessive and if it stinks, she needs to see a doctor. Often if it smells and is excessive, the lady has a 'yeast infection' which can be caused by the use of anti biotics. Plain yoghurt may be used as explained by Madonna or probiotic tablets can be bought over the counter at any pharmacy to counter this side effect!

FYI ladies, taking a probiotic (a better option for lactose intolerant ladies) or eating some yoghurt daily can prevent smelly discharge and keep your natural bacteria balanced.
