Douch with clean water regularly, wash with fem hygine soaps inbetween, and if you start feeling a tightness or dryness coming on use a betadine douch followed by cannax v cream that eve and clear douch again next morning.

Ladies. There is no reason to smell like fish. If you have a slight infection eat more yougurt or add pro biotics to your diet.

Also keep your body more alcaline... the higher your acid levels the greater the risk of a smell

Excessive douching can kill the natural bacteria inside of you and can even increase the chances of various cancers even if its with plain water. Be careful!

Consult the pharmacist or your doctor with regards to douching frequency.
