I've watched through the years how clients respond to it. Mandy and Phoenix being 2 as prime examples. Be careful about getting boobs that are to big for your frame. Backache and posture problems are a consideration too babe. You should do a full C cup for your tiny frame or you'll look like a cartoon, exagerated lol. And the back ache involved is excruciating. I was almost a D cup at one stage when I was overweight and the pain between my shoulders had me in tears and I spent so much money seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis. Wearing heels exasperated the issue too.

@Vee, those fake titties practically pay for themselves in no time with the increase in clientele.

I support ladies who have sagging boobs or flat chested ladies to get implants. But to be honest, natural tits are also fine and yours still look fine, although I haven't seen them up close.
