You do this monthly arrangement and pay and next thing, she gets a great work opportunity and leaves or meets the man of her dreams that doesn't want her to work anymore or is torn up about a tragedy in the family and can't work for a while or she travels a lot and is never in your city when you have the opportunity to punt. This is pretty much the nature of punting these days.
It may sound cheaper to have one wg and negotiate basically a discounted rate because of the advance payment and have your bookings locked in but reality it will probably cost you more since you already paid there for punts you may not be able to cash in and then have to pay more to book other girls on top because calendars never align.

I happend to know one of the 3 ladies. Best believe life happend to her. And then got taken away from her way too soon. She left on good terms with everyone. And anyone who knew her loved her. She made sure all her commitments were honored before. And she's still thriving and will hopefully never return.
Point I'm trying to make is this -
1. Its unfair to judge all ladies, especially the 3 who commented, and insinuate interestingly that all of us are the same.
2. Nobody cares.
3. Please in future actually do the work and research before you post some sly backwards comments of which you know nothing about.
There is loads of trustworthy ladies in this industry that you might end up helping in ways you'll never know or understand, by purchasing a small retainer every now and then. In turn these sps will undoubtedly do more and go above and beyond to show gratitude.
In the same light - If you do find yourself in a situation like this, its your absolute right to call her out, by name, so that others don't fall into the same trap. Actually - it's your duty to do so! These ladies need to understand that their actions reflect directly on the rest of us (as we just read) and that's not cool at all.
Parting thoughts - We are not all the same. Your support matters to us in any form. And if life happens, the good ones will take every precaution to leave with honorable intent as long as you're not a d&^s about it.

The deal started of with all the usual parameters of a booking but as we spent more and more time together i quickly turned to being her financial advisor LOL
We did it over a span of 2 years, she quite literally saved up about 90% of what i paid her, raised enough money to open up her business in her home country of Lesotho and we parted ways amicably when she could sustain herself from her business
She is still doing great to this day and that has been the best investment i have ever made in someone

The thing is even with a retainer you can't just Rock up any given time because you bought a retainer. I can assure that because you paid for a retainer it doesn't mean that she will stop seeing other clients and that you can come and go as you please. You need to remember that this is the ladies business so she will be seeing other clients which are not you. Your retainer purchase doesn't mean you now own her and can and go as you please you would still have to do what other clients do call in and book your appointment. Think about it how would you feel if you are in a booking and some random dude just rocks up because he bought a retainer and is now feeling entitled so he just waltz's in, would you be happy?
