It is possible, I've haven't returned in seven years. Must admit in the beginning it was very hard yet as time passed it became easier and easier. I learnt thru the time as the urges came and my hormones started running to get myself busy and keep myself busy and it helped. Punani stays an addictive element in life. I read the forum and that's where it stays. Don't brows the lady's otherwise you will never quit. My wife knows of my past and no today we can sit and have such laughs on the forum posts. Good luck I know it hard but very possible.

Re: I've finally given up punting. But.....
Ben, I concur. In my days of sex on tap unlimited paid for sex was the last thing on my mind. With that no longer the case I eventually said to myself: "screw this, I'll screw when I get the opportunity, paid for or not". We all know sex is a basic human need, that's why I don't feel guilty when I do.

Marriage, by default, doesn't constitute sex on-tap. There are so many factors of emotional nature that plays a role in that.

MrShyGuy, that's true. You're correct. I never suggested it is. But a healthy sexual relationship (within marriage or not) is an important part of the relationship as a whole. With healthy sexual relationship I mean the spark between both partners. That doesn't need to translate into swinging from the chandeliers sex on tap every night, but healthy mutual passion goes a long way.
As the saying goes: Keep a man happy in bed and he won't stray. I know some men will stray anyway, but I'm sure most won't.

In essence that is very true. Every relationship is unique, sometimes its uniqueness keeps the spark from lighting a fire

After reading about the costs and risks associated with punting, I gave up reading. Still loving my punting !
