I have a regular girl that I always see for overnight bookings about Three times a month. She always comes to my place..I have being seeing her for Two years..The place she currently is working from has being sold. So she has to move out. I have a Two bedroom cottage,kitchen,shower, toilet, with its own side entrance. Swimming pool between the house and the cottage.So she asked if she could rent the place from me..I am divorced and travel a lot because of my work.I am at home about 18 days a month..the points that I am thinking about is..when my daughter visits..when family and friends visit..general situation, of having her around, and how to go about making booking..then just the normal day to day living when I am at home..

I think you have crossed the line here sir business and pleasure are strange bedfellows. I do not see this ending well

As much as you'd like to help, it becomes pretty complicated. Will she be able to work when you have your whole family over, braaiing in the yard and all your nieces aand nephews running all over? Do you realise that have to be out of sight if she has a client? Is she gonna be staying there? In that case can you handle her bf, possibly unemployed, staying over or even living there permanently? What happens when you get a significant other? Are you both gonna keep to your side of the fence?
I worked from a friend's place once and we soon realised we didn't think about the practicalities.

@myword- will she continue as a WG or would you become her 'keeper'? - and would you have issues with punters visiting - it seems you may have crossed 'that' fine line already considering the lady on premises. If punters are allowed how would this pan out for you?

Dont complicate your life keep business business.

Don't do it, I was in the same situation and it will not end well. It will start out fine but with time it's going to ruin your life and all you will be doing is answering questions and covering up until it explodes in your face one day. Run and don't look back
