I don't think the majority ("KEYWORD = MAJORITY") are disputing what R.O.A.R means, but since my time on ESA, the R.O.A.R tag has been used (certainly in forum discussions) by WG's to try and deter certain race/ethnic groups from contacting them. Not really prevalent in other areas or cities, with the exception of PTA. And I'm really just stating the obvious here. Some punters also promote it as if it's a magic wand that WG's just have to wave and all those unwanted advances will disappear.

The reality is simple - as long as a service provider has an active advertisement on here, men from all walks of life will contact her.

As much as ESA management had said that any threads on race would be locked, I personally feel that they are a necessary evil. Rather let people vent and post their frustrations on a 'public'platform, than having posters harass the ladies in private.

And lastly, just to touch on a post that Meg made regarding the President of R.S.A - racism can't be measured. You are either racist or you are not.
