Never pick up streetwalkers, you're looking for trouble.

@Mike40.. Indeed you are 100% correct.. a momentary lapse in better judgement. Blame it on the alcohol.. or the tired brain on a Friday.. or perhaps Mr. JOHNSON's poor decision making capabilities after a week without sex.. oh the excuses. But your advice is sound Sir!

Well, my original question still hasn't been answered by anyone so far, actually, in terms of what the law actually says about Police stopping someone and forcing said person to breathe on a breathalyzer. Then asking for the wallet. And accusing said person of soliciting without any actual evidence of money changing hands.. But anyway, as the previous ladies mentioned.. lesson learnt..and this is SA, so who really gives a Shit about the law in most cases right? Or am I wrong to say that?

Thanks for the reply Sir.

Peace to you.. happier and safer punting for you..

One would need a good legal system in order to make something like that effective, which we obviously do not have!

The legal practioners will have to chime in here, but I was under the impression that S.A has one of the best legal systems on paper, but enforcing it is a different story.

Yeah... raised my concerns when DA won Jozi and Pta last year but got attacked that I was worried of losing my tenders.

DA and NP is the same one is Coke and one is Pepsi, they both got cola.
They will ban sex trade, impose immorality act but cross to Lesotho and Swaziland to enjoy Punani across the color spectrum and its paid for by taxpayers.

Don't agree with you there. Remember, the NP was run by a bunch of Afrikaaner religious zealots that banned everything from music to movies to television because it was immoral. The NG Church was very powerful in the party, and forced their moral standards on everyone else.

The DA has never come across as a religious bashing party, and the upper echelons are liberal english speaking black and white.

The conservative Afrikaaners have mostly moved to FF+ and Solidarity.

The only reason they might get tougher on the sex industry, is simply because the DA actually enforces the law. But I do not think they would be entirely opposed to semi legalizing and taxing the industry if there was enough public support.

Any more info on where in Highveld the raid was? Any ESA advertisers affected? There's usually quite a few advertising for that area.

Well i think its good that they have raided the drug nests in centurion. . It leaves a bad taste for us who work and stay in the area...

I think its time to concider opening a nice venu in centurion.

Hope All of the good girls in the area are not affected by the bust but cops normally bust and raid if they know there are drugs... drug free places they dont really bother..

@Gundie If you keep your wits about you, you merely comment when told the woman is a prostitute, "Really? She just asked me for a lift to go and buy cigarettes!"

Of course, the problem is you are already in trouble with the alcohol, so they could make life miserable for you irregardless, especially on a Friday in terms of spending the weekend as a guest of the State...
