What on earth is vaping gents?

Not good to even try smoking im always trying to quit smoking
Im a month off cigs not but I still get cravings

You are not alone. I used to get a boner while smoking a cigarette and sipping on a cup of strong black coffee.

Glad I kicked the habit to the curb ten years ago together with alcohol.

The key was taking on a substitute hobby ie weight lifting and I have never looked back.

E-cigarettes is basically vaping. It's the tobacco extract that gets heated to the point that the nicotine and other alkaloids are vaporized, which is then inhaled. No carcinogenic smoke enters your lungs. Much better than cigarettes, but it's nicotine nonetheless. Various other herbs, both legal and illegal, can also be vaped.

Some awesome vape flavours too and gadgets or mods as its referred to. Vape shops are popping up all over and vape sessions are common events.
