Maybe the problem could be language barrier, I don't know how good you communicate in English. Sounding sweet and cheerful on the phone always works and avoiding a noisy background when you take calls.

That's a common mistake that a lot of beginners do, I noticed than when I was in a venue. And maybe your prices should be a little bit accommodating until you build a name because people are sceptical about spending their money where they don't know what to expect.

And focus more on giving a wonderful service to have regulars, some girls focus so much on the clock and miss an opportunity for a return visit. You can lose one client over someone overstaying but you are almost guaranteed a return visit instead of chasing clients.
